Our pork pies are made with select cuts of pork and dry cured gammon from our own free range pigs. Our traditional recipehas been adapted from that handed to us by Grandma Talbot and which, was written over 60 years ago. They are still hand raised in Grandma's original hot water pastry and have the addition of farmhouse pickle to top them off.
